President of Amman Arab University Attends the Opening Session of the Second International Engineering Conference on Electricity, Energy and Artificial Intelligence
Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, Dr. Saleh Al-Kharabsheh, and at the invitation of the President of Zarqa University, Professor. Nidal Al-Rumhi, Professor. Mohamad Al-Widyan, President of Amman Arab University, accompanied by the Dean of the College of Engineering, Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, attended the opening session of the Second International Engineering Conference on Electricity, Energy, and Artificial Intelligence, which was held at Zarqa University. It is noteworthy that the conference lasted two days in partnership with the German University, the University of Business and Technology in Jeddah, and the National University in Bahrain, and with the support of the International Foundation for Electrical and Electronic Engineering (IEE).
On the sidelines of the conference, Prof. Al-Widyan met with the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Zarqa University, His Excellency Engineer Samir Habashneh, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Mahmoud Abu Shaera, the President of the University, and representatives of both the University of Business and Technology in Jeddah and the National University in Bahrain, where the importance of research and scientific partnership between all parties in the fields of research was discussed in technological engineering and artificial intelligence, in addition to the necessity of networking between educational and applied professional institutions in various fields of engineering and related sciences.
At the end of the meeting, Professor. Nidal Al-Ramahi, President of Zarqa University, thanked and appreciated the participation of the President of Amman Arab University, Professor. Mohamad Al-Widyan, and appreciated his attendance at the conference, which greatly enriched the conference, calling for more cooperation between the two universities.
