Student Malek Sirioh Wins the Champion of the Table Tennis Tournament for Students at Amman Arab University
Under the patronage of Professor. Mohamad Al-Widyan, President of Amman Arab University, the Deanship of Student Affairs/Student Activities Department at the University organized the second table tennis tournament for University students, in which (42) students from various colleges participated. The representative of the University President, Professor. Khaled Bani Hamdan, Dean of Student Affairs, opened the tournament and welcomed the participants and urged them to compete in a vital spirit and to participate in the various activities of the deanship. The head of the Student Activities Department, Mr. Muhammad Bani Yassin, supervised the management of the tournament, and the tournament was judged by Mr. Moaz Al-Sharman and Mr. Omar Abu Al-Jarayesh.
The tournament began on the morning of Wednesday, 12/20/2022, in the Sport Hall, in an atmosphere of competition and high sportsmanship. At the conclusion of the tournament, Prof. Bani Hamdan honored the winners of the first three places, and the results were as follows:
1. First place: Student Malek Sirioh/ College of Computer Sciences and Information – Cybersecurity Department.
2. Second place: Student Yahya Arafat / College of Computer Sciences and Information – Cybersecurity Department.
3. Third place: Student Hazem Al-Shammari / College of Business - Accounting Department.
This competition is regarded as one of the extracurricular activities that the University offers to its students in modern buildings and high-quality facilities.
