College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at “Amman Arab University” Conducts a Training Workshop at the Islamic University in the American State of Minnesota

Based on Amman Arab University’s vision of the significance of scientific and research cooperation and exchange of experiences with Arab and international universities, Dr. Jihad Al-Momani, a faculty member in the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University, implemented a training workshop entitled “Integration between learning theories in teaching and their practical applications,”. The Training, Development and Community Programs Center in cooperation with the College of Educational Sciences at the Islamic University of Minnesota - USA supervised its organization.

The workshop included an illustrative presentation of learning theories and comparison between them in terms of their concepts, ideas and principles and the importance of each of them in teaching and learning, employing computerized mind maps to facilitate comparison between them, and clarifying how to achieve integration between learning theories in teaching while giving practical applications for achieving integration between these theories in lessons for various subjects. Academic studies (science, mathematics, social studies, Arabic, English, and arts). The workshop also included a presentation on how to employ artificial intelligence to understand the integrative process between learning theories,

At the end of the interactive workshop, a comprehensive dialogue was opened with the attendees, whose number exceeded more than 250, and their questions and inquiries were answered by the lecturer regarding the topic of the workshop, its applications, and its repercussions on the educational process. <
