College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University Implements a Workshop on Exam Preparation at Sands National Academy
College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University implemented a training workshop on “Fundamentals of Examination Preparation, Measurement, and Evaluation” at Sands National Academy. The workshop was presented by Dr. Muin Al-Nasraween and Dr. Muhammad Karamneh from the Department of Educational Psychology at the college. This workshop dealt with the foundations and standards adopted when preparing exams to ensure accuracy in terms of aligning the exam with the course objective, clarity of questions, using different types of questions to evaluate skills and areas of knowledge, giving students sufficient time to take the exam, ensuring the security and confidentiality of exam materials and results, and providing feedback to students.
The workshop was attended by a group of male and female teachers, educational supervisors at the school, and the school principal, Mr. Othman Zuhdi Nakhleh, who in turn praised the initiative of Amman Arab University and its good communication with the local community. At the end of the workshop, the interventions of all participants were answered.
