Heba Idhaidel from “Amman Arab University” Participates in the National Project to Qualify Young Leaders, the “Nashama” program 2023
Student Heba Hussein Idhaidel, upon the recommendation of the Deanship of Student Affairs/Amman Arab University, participated in the national project for qualifying young leaders, the (Nashama) program, which was organized by the Youth Leadership Preparation Center/Ministry of Youth, with (80) training hours, which lasted for (7) months, with follow-up and continuous guidance throughout the training period from Ms. Shatha Al-Rabie/ Head of the Counseling and Psychological Services Department in the Deanship of Student Affairs.
This participation is part of the extracurricular activities that the Deanship of Student Affairs at the University is keen to refine the personality of its students through their intellectual and entrepreneurial development of their creative potential. The idea of this program (Nashama Programme) came in implementation of the axes of the National Youth Strategy to encourage and enhance the concepts of volunteer work and building and refining the potential and skills of young people in the concept of volunteer work and within the axis of active citizenship and the values of public good, social solidarity, national capital, and development of citizenship mechanisms.
The program aims to prepare promising youth leaders who have pioneering initiatives, projects, and volunteer work, armed with the necessary knowledge, education, and skills, who belong to their country and participate in its development and development. One of the most important outcomes of the program was that the participant reach the milestones of the leadership personality in its three dimensions (intellectual, emotional, and behavioral), and the preparation of youth leaders. Capable of planning and implementing purposeful initiatives, understanding the importance of change, employing creativity in creating the future, promoting youth leadership building, and consolidating societal principles.
