A Memorandum of Cooperation between “Amman Arab University” and the Directorate of Military Education and Culture

President of Amman Arab University, Professor. Mohamad Al-Widyan, received in his office on Tuesday, 09/28/2023, the Director of Education and Military Culture, Brigadier General Sufyan Al-Sulaihat, in the presence of: Assistant to the President for Academic Affairs, Professor. Ismail Yamin, Assistant to the President for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Mrs. Nadia Al-Qadimat, and Dean Student Affairs, Professor. Khaled Bani Hamdan from the University, and the following: Head of the University Education Department, Brigadier General Khaled Al-Shamayleh, Head of the Central Universities and Colleges Division, Colonel Nabil Al-Rahamneh, and Head of the Applied Sciences University Branch for Military Sciences, Lieutenant Colonel Yazan Al-Hayajneh ,and Captain Amna Habashneh, head of the Office of Military Sciences at Amman Arab University, from the Directorate of Military Education and Culture .During the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation and understanding was signed between the two parties as part of their pursuit of joint cooperation in the fields of scientific research and enhancing their educational and professional level through the exchange of experiences and knowledge between the two parties.

The memorandum aimed to enhance cooperation in terms of accepting members and retirees of the Arab Army and their children to enroll in the programs offered by the University, as it is scheduled to accept students from high school graduates, bridge students, and those transferring from other universities who wish to study bachelor’s or master’s programs from members and retirees of the Arab Army and their children. The two teams agreed that Amman Arab University would participate in any initiative presented by the Directorate of Education and Military Culture, and to conduct research and studies for members of the Directorate, in addition to attending and participating in any conferences, seminars, or training courses held by both parties.
