Amman Arab University Implements aTraining Workshops for Students of Umm Al-Danair Basic School

Amman – Coping with the University's commitment to social responsibility in serving and networking with the community, Amman Arab University held training workshops for students of Umm Al-Danair Basic School. The College of Computer Science and Informatics at Amman Arab University carried out a training workshop on "Entrepreneurship, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics" at the University's Robotics and Artificial Intelligence incubator, where Dr. Fatima Al-Shennaq and Eng. Esraa Abu Hamdi presented the role of entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence and robotics in creating new products to serve the local community in general and the field of education in particular

The students visited the Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Amman Arab University to learn about what the center offers, which contributes to creating an environment of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship in the university and the local community. The center seeks to disseminate and consolidate the culture of creativity and entrepreneurship and provide all integrated services to innovators and entrepreneurs to support and care for them, develop their capabilities and the development of their innovations from the idea until they have their own entrepreneurial project. The Director of the Center, Dr. Samer Ayasrah, presented a training workshop that dealt with the concepts of creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and creative thinking methods. This included some games aimed at developing creative thinking skills, as well as introducing the center’s services to students and the local community.

At the end of the training workshops, the students presented a set of creative ideas through which the students seek to provide a socially and investment-useful product or service. These ideas were discussed, advice and guidance were provided to the students, and emphasized that the Center for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in cooperation with the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Incubator is ready to receive any creative projects
