Amman - Amman Arab University participated in the dialogue meeting of the Youth National Dialogue Initiative Committee in the Jordanian Senate represented by a group of students, namely Ahmed Al-Muhairat, Mohammed Al-Azzam, Momen Abu Rumman, Natalie Al-Adwan, which came within the committee's dialogues on modernizing the political system, especially the election laws and parties,
The session's chairman, Dr. Ahmed Al-Owaidi Al-Abadi, spoke about the role of parties, the extent of their impact on political, economic and social life and their importance in involving youth and women in decision-making, which is a confirmation of the vision of His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, and His Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II
The session focused on being careful not to confuse the national political parties stipulated in the party law, and the sectarian and international parties that constitute the intimidation of going into party life, as well as empowering women and representing them with partisan and political life. It is noteworthy that the election law constituted a qualitative leap in the political track in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
