An Educational Awareness Program in Project Management for "Amman Arab University" Students

The Center for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Amman Arab University, in cooperation with the College of Business, the College of Computer Science and Informatics, the College of Aviation Sciences, the College of Engineering and the College of Pharmacy at the University, in partnership with the Jordanian Project Management Association PMIJO, held an educational awareness program in the field of project management.

Prof. Ikhlas Al-Tarawneh, Deputy of the president started with a speech ,focusing on the significance of such meetings .From his part, the President of the Jordanian Projects Association PMIJO, Engineer Bert Hakoz, delivered a speech in which he expressed his thanks and appreciation to the University for this meeting, and between the role of the association in disseminating the idea of project management and the history of the association and the horizons that can be opened to students through these programs.

It is noteworthy that the program also included an introduction to the initiatives of the Jordanian Projects Association and the certificates it grants, as this program was managed by a group of specialists and a case study was presented and the students were divided into groups and then questions were asked to the teams that competed between them to win medals and awards presented by the association.

President of Amman Arab University, Prof. Mohamed Al-Widyan, met in his office with the President of the Association and his accompanying delegation, where ways of cooperation were discussed in the near future by working to sign a memorandum of understanding between Amman Arab University and the Jordanian Project Management Association PMIJO.
