College of Computer Sciences and Informatics at "Amman Arab University" Holds a Workshop on Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement
College of Computer Sciences and Informatics at Amman Arab University, organized by the Quality Assurance Committee in the college, implemented a workshop for members of the faculty members and administrative staff at the college. The Dean of the College, Dr. Hossam Al-Hamad, welcomed all faculty members of the college and administrative staff, and emphasized the importance of continuous improvement of the academic programs and the link between the course file and direct and indirect assessment tools with the cycle of improvement.
The workshop included a detailed explanation of all course file models, including Course Specifications, Course Syllabus, Course Report, Course Assessment Report (CAR), evaluation tools in force according to the nature of the course, and e-learning integration rates. During the workshop, the mechanism for completing the continuous improvement cycle in all courses and programs was presented, and the role of the Quality Assurance Committee and the Academic Support Committee at the university level was presented in following up the continuous improvement cycle in academic departments.
