Amman Arab University is Supervising of the National Ball Collector Robot Competition

Amman - The activities of the Ball Collector Robot Competition, organized by the Arab Society for Robot and Artificial Intelligence, Jordan Branch, at the Jubilee Institute, with the participation of 40 schools and centers from different governorates of the Kingdom, in the presence of the President of the Arab Society for Robot and Artificial Intelligence, Mr. Ismail Yassin, and the representative of the Society in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan  Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, Dean of the Faculty of Aviation Sciences at Amman Arab University.

The ball collecting competition is one of the main competitions and within the Arab Robot Championship competitions, which are held annually among the activities of the association, which creates an atmosphere of competition between teams where the robot of each team collects the largest possible number of balls and puts them in the designated place, during a specified period of time.  The competition takes place in the challenge field, which was prepared specifically for this competition, and the judging of the teams was supervised by experts from different institutions.

It is noteworthy that Amman Arab University is the only university that hosts a robot and artificial intelligence incubator in the university campus and in cooperation with the Arab Society for Robotics and Artificial Intelligence.
