President of Amman Arab University meets Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Middle East Academy and its General Director

 Within the framework of true partnership in the aviation sector, President of Amman Arab University, Prof. Mohamad Al-Widyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Middle East Academy, Eng. Muhammad Odeh, and its General Director, Captain Rakan Al-Qar’an, met with the Dean of the College of Aviation Sciences, Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, where the two sides discussed the current and future areas of cooperation in the field of aviation sciences.  
president of the University reviewed the importance of introducing a bachelor’s degree in avionics sciences, which was recently developed in partnership with the Middle East Academy. Prof. Al- widyan also expressed the importance of holding specialized courses in aviation sciences in general, which meet the needs of the local and regional market, in addition to opening future bachelor programs that cover the urgent areas of the local and regional market in aviation sciences.

 In turn, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Middle East Academy praised the University's achievements in all fields, especially in the field of aviation sciences, especially the bachelor's programs related to commercial aviation, and added that the University's accreditation by EASA is a qualitative transition for academic teaching to obtain the European license.

  Director-General of the Academy also referred to the qualitative cooperation between the University and the academy, which is an example to be followed in the partnership between the industrial and academic sectors, and this may provide the organization and the labor market with competent graduates 

 

 Dean of the College of Aviation Sciences, Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, indicated the importance of the partnership and pointed out that the University and the academy work for one national objective to supply the local and regional market with highly competitive graduates. He also added that the University and the academy are working to find global partnerships in the fields of aviation sciences and both are working to obtain  AVIATION ACCREDITATION BOARD INTERNATIONAL “AABI”.
