Time Investing Culture
By: Prof.Dr. Younes Megdadi

Nations, with their various civilizations and monotheistic religions, have realized the importance of a culture of investing time for the benefit of human life, whether it is on the personal level of the individual, the institutional, or the community with all its components. In terms of comparison, we find many societies that see the culture of investing time as the real entrance and exit to the trend towards development and urbanization and to achieve a qualitative leap in all aspects of social, cultural, intellectual and economic life, which contributes to highlighting its identity as a civilized teacher mixed with excellence and excellence and at the same time to be an example to be sung about. Far and near, and there are many examples of those societies, which were launched from their appropriate investment of time, to become, therefore, a well-established societal culture across generations.
In spite of that, we find this extremely important is not well established in the thought and culture of some societies, and we find that it is in fact not among their priorities and for reasons that everyone knows. Rather, it is sufficient to acknowledge it and talk about it at length if necessary, but it is actually not activated in their dictionary. Rather, what we hear is a crossover of justifications Its absence in our daily personal, social and economic lives, and it is striking that often you mean to waste time in vain and disregard its value, and the strangest thing is that we find many of us hear and read about the importance of investing time, not to mention that many of us have coexisted with other societies that care and respect time in all aspects of their lives As the saying goes, "Time is like a sword, if you don't cut it, it will cut you."
If we look at our situation, we will find what does not please us, and we will find that the culture of investing time is a missing link, and we find that our lives on the personal, institutional, and societal levels are completely unrelated to this culture, neither from near nor from afar, but sterile in its content without reaching any results that translate our directions and goals, which indicates our lack of a culture of investing time, despite considering it the time frame regulating our life behaviors in various aspects of life on according to the popular saying, “The herd of chaos” for managing the affairs of our lives regardless of the results.
Despite our knowledge of the reasons for not investing time properly, as we find many of us intend to waste it with gossip, sterile conversations, displaying false personal talents, personal and social experiences, and describing flowery stories, which in their entirety occupies a space of our thought by no less than 70%, according to what Some studies pointed out to him from our wasted time in preoccupation with such details, which we do not find compared to other societal cultures, which contributed to the formation of an intellectual and behavioral pattern and a life approach dominated by an intellectual void and far from the features of urbanization and societal advancement. Hence, many specialists and thinkers, including the pioneers of administrative thought, stress the importance of the culture of investing time and how to invest it in an optimal manner because of its material and moral gains and returns that clearly contribute to the development and prosperity of societies.
In order to consolidate the culture of investing time in what is useful in our lives as societies, institutions and individuals, we must work seriously to dissolve the intellectual void that is drenched in gossip, personal and behavioral discipline, and dissolve the culture of hateful gossip that lacks the meanings of intellectual and social values, and to consolidate the culture of investing time in the thought, personality and identity of the individual human being, through the roles of the family, school, universities and media cultural programs, and integrating the concept and importance of time in the contents of the social and intellectual values, principles and concepts to consolidate them in the thought and culture of the members of society and thus translate them into our behaviors and thought based on moral commitment in all our life affairs and its forms of sincerity and dedication to reflect our concern for time with its material and moral returns And forbidding waste of time in sterile chatter. Hence, we believe that we all agree that consolidating the culture of investing time to be one of the features of the actual identity of individuals, institutions and society as a whole, which aims to form an image mixed with a culture of societal advancement and intellectual and behavioral civilization.
