President of "Amman Arab University" Discusses Ways of Cooperation with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization
President of Amman Arab University, Prof. Muhammad Al-Widyan, visited the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization. He was received by the President and founder of "Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Investment", His Excellency Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, to discuss ways of cooperation between the two parties in all available and relevant fields.
At the beginning of the meeting, which was attended by Mr. Bassam Al-Bashayra, Amman Arab University Advisor for Social Responsibility, Prof. Al-Widyan praised all the services provided by Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization, and pointed to the important pioneering role that the group is working on through the protection of intellectual property, education and the economy.
During the meeting, Al-Widyan stressed the keenness of Amman Arab University to enhance cooperation with all community institutions in a way that serves and achieves the university’s vision, mission and goals, and enhances the value of cooperation to achieve the goals of both sides in providing everything that is useful and important to the university students and the local community. Amman Arab University and its most prominent achievements at the research as well as academic level, stressing that the university is keen to produce efficient educational outputs that engage the labor market effectively, in addition to the university’s interest in the quality of education and the adoption of modern methods of teaching through blended education, in addition to the university’s keenness to organize and periodically for a number of scientific and research conferences.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh commended Amman Arab University for hosting the work of the International Congress for Social Responsibility recently in its third edition, which was held in the university’s premises. He also praised the university’s leading academic reputation, its various faculties and departments, and its distinguished model that relies on modern technologies and equipment to provide outputs that serve the community and contribute In empowering students, under the leadership of its president, his efforts and his insightful vision.
It is noteworthy that during the meeting, ways of cooperation were discussed in several areas, including the implementation of the Quality Accreditation Program in Education, in cooperation with the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance (AROQA), which is headed by Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh Technologies (TAG-TECH), to serve scientific research at the university and provide the necessary support for the university to obtain ISO 26000 related to social responsibility, in addition to applying the qualification program “Certified International Arab Certified Accountant” for students majoring in accounting at the university.
