"Amman Arab University's Engineering Faculty Enhances Expertise Through Participation in Risk Modeling and Forecasting Course"

As part of Amman Arab University's ongoing efforts to enhance the skills of its faculty members in scientific research and modern technologies, and under the directives of Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Widyan, the University President, Dr. Omar Asaad, a faculty member in the College of Engineering, participated in an advanced training course titled "Risk Modeling and Forecasting Advanced Training." The course was organized by Al Hussein Technical University in collaboration with the Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation.

Dr. Asaad explained that the course focuses on developing participants' abilities in analyzing and assessing risks using advanced mathematical and statistical models. This enhances institutions' capacity to make informed and effective decisions across various fields, particularly in engineering disciplines.

For his part, Dr. Anwar Al-Assaf, Dean of the College of Engineering at Amman Arab University, noted that faculty members' participation in such training programs aims to keep them updated on the latest educational advancements and reflect these outcomes in the teaching process, transferring practical expertise to engineering students.
