
"Amman Arab University Pharmacy Participates in the Second Scientific Conference for Graduate Students"
In line with the College of Pharmacy at Amman Arab University's efforts to strengthen its academic and research presence both locally and internationally, and reaffirming its commitment to academic excellence and advancing pharmaceutical research, pharmacist Ibaa Abu Saleem participated in the Second Scientific Conference for Graduate Students. The conference was organized by Zarqa University, serving as a prestigious platform that brought together researchers and graduate students from various universities to exchange scientific expertise and present innovative research contributing to the enrichment of knowledge and the advancement of specialized fields.
During the conference, pharmacist Abu Saleem presented a scientific research paper titled: "Formation and Evaluation of Doxorubicin and Cromoglycate Metal Organic Frameworks for Anticancer Activity." The study focused on developing smart drug delivery systems based on metal-organic frameworks for loading anticancer drugs, aiming to enhance chemotherapy efficiency and reduce its side effects.
This participation reflects the ongoing support from Amman Arab University’s administration, represented by Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Widyan, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Rana Abu Huwaj, Dean of the College of Pharmacy. The college continues its efforts to empower researchers and encourage their engagement in scientific and research activities, in line with its strategy to establish itself as a leading academic institution in scientific research and to reinforce its distinguished standing both locally and internationally.
