As part of the series of charitable initiatives adopted by the College of Business at Amman Arab University in recent years, and in fulfillment of the university’s role in purposeful community engagement, the College of Business launched a charitable initiative titled "Let’s Make Them Happy." The event was organized by an outstanding group of members from the College of Business Student Club Committee and faculty members.
During the initiative, a visit was made to an elderly care home in Al-Shmeisani to celebrate Mother’s Day. The visit included gift-giving and distributing breakfast meals to the residents in a heartfelt gesture reflecting the spirit of generosity and compassion. The event was funded by a number of benefactors who provided gifts and meals for the care home residents, making the occasion even more special and leaving a positive impact on the beneficiaries.
For his part, University President Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Widyan emphasized the importance of humanitarian activities in strengthening the university’s role in social responsibility. He praised all participants for the success of the initiative and wished for more future achievements, reiterating his continued support for such charitable events—especially during the blessed month of Ramadan, given their embodiment of compassion and social solidarity, which fosters a spirit of cooperation among community members.
