
The Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences at Amman Arab University (AAU) participates in the First International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Health Sciences
The Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences at Amman Arab University participated in the First International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Health Sciences, organized by Al-Balqa Applied University, which was held in Amman and Al Salt.
Arab University of Amman was represented at the conference by Dr. Belal al Shomali, Head of the Medical Sciences Department at the Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences, who explained that the conference aimed to discuss the latest scientific developments in the use of artificial intelligence in the medical sector. In addition to reviewing innovative applications that serve supporting health sciences, the conference explored ways to enhance the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment, develop health systems through modern digital technologies, and address the ethical and technical challenges associated with this field. Dr. al Shomali emphasized the importance of active participation in such high-quality scientific conferences, as they represent a vital platform for exchanging experiences and learning about the latest global research and studies on the intersection of artificial intelligence and medical sciences. He pointed out that such participation contributes to the development of the college's academic and research visions, enabling faculty members to keep pace with the rapid technological revolution and harness it to serve the educational process and the local community.
