College of Law at Amman Arab University Holds Dialogue Session with Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students to Enhance Communication and Academic Development

Amman – The College of Law at Amman Arab University organized an extensive dialogue session with undergraduate and postgraduate students, attended by Prof. Dr. Mohammad Althnaibat, Dean of the College; Dr. Munther Al-Qudah, Assistant Dean and Head of the Private Law Department; Dr. Ibtisam Al-Saleh, Assistant Dean; Dr. Sultan Al-Atin, Head of the Public Law Department; and Dr. Mohammad Ben Tarif, Dean of Student Affairs. The session was held under the directives of Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Widyan, President of Amman Arab University, reflecting the university’s commitment to strengthening communication channels between academic departments and students while addressing their aspirations and feedback to enhance the quality of the educational process.

The session covered key academic topics, including updated study plans, ways to improve teaching methodologies to align with labor market needs, and student inquiries and suggestions regarding academic challenges. Emphasis was placed on providing academic and psychological support to students, encouraging their engagement in university life, and establishing an alumni club for law graduates to maintain connections between the college and its alumni while fostering their role in mentoring new students.

Dr. Althnaibat stated, "This meeting is part of the participatory approach adopted by the College of Law at Amman Arab University, aiming to empower students to actively contribute to the development of their academic environment. We are committed to updating curricula and providing the necessary support to ensure our graduates are highly competent and prepared for professional demands."

Dr. Al-Atin highlighted that "such direct interactions with students provide a valuable opportunity to evaluate and enhance academic performance. Student feedback enriches academic work and drives continuous improvement based on practical realities."

Dr. Ben Tarif expressed his appreciation for the constructive dialogue, stating, "We believe students shape their university experience, which is why we encourage them to voice their perspectives and concerns. This session reflects the university’s dedication to fostering an inclusive and stimulating academic environment."

This meeting is part of a series of regular sessions organized by the College of Law to deepen engagement with students and ensure a dynamic academic environment, aligning with the university’s vision of academic and professional excellence.
