Amman Arab University's Business Faculty Participates in Event on Educational Innovation and Entrepreneurship
As part of its commitment to engaging in specialized events and conferences, the Faculty of Business at Amman Arab University participated in a dialogue session organized by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. The event, held at the King Hussein Business Park in Amman, was attended by His Excellency Dr. Azmi Mahafza, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, alongside a select group of academic and leadership figures from various educational sectors, as well as representatives from Jordanian higher education institutions.
During the event, an educational program was launched in collaboration with Odoo, a global business management platform, to promote digital entrepreneurship and innovation in higher education. The initiative seeks to strengthen partnerships between Jordanian universities and the digital sector, supporting the country's transition toward a digital and knowledge-based economy. The program aims to enhance university students' digital skills and prepare them for the job market, aligning with national efforts to drive digital transformation in higher education.
Odoo, an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform, provides advanced digital tools for accounting, project management, human resources, and supply chain operations. It also offers unlimited access to training databases, virtual workshops, and in-person training sessions.
Amman Arab University's participation through a specialized delegation underscores its dedication to initiatives that advance higher education and align with digital transformation trends. This engagement follows the university's agreement with Odoo, which focuses on supporting digital transformation and enhancing academic and applied skills—further demonstrating Amman Arab University's ongoing commitment to innovation and educational development.
