College of Educational Sciences at Amman Arab University (AAU) Holds Workshop on Institutional Excellence
Under the directives of the University President, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Al-Widyan, and the support of the Dean of the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Dr. Wafa Al-Eid, the college organized a training workshop titled "Institutional Excellence: From Performance to Leadership and Sustainability." The workshop was presented by faculty members Dr. Yousuf Al-Jarrah and Dr. Najah Al-Atawi.
The session focused on enhancing the capability of educational institutions to achieve sustainable excellence and elevate their leadership in the field of education. It covered topics such as institutional performance and the importance of leadership and sustainability in raising the level of institutional quality. The workshop provided an opportunity for interactive discussion between faculty and students, deepening their understanding of distinguished institutional performance. This event is part of the college's ongoing efforts to elevate student competencies in the field of institutional excellence through diverse training programs.
