The OSCE is one of the most important modern educational tools for assessing students' practical performance, as it plays a role in linking theoretical knowledge to practical application in an environment that simulates the professional reality. It also enhances students' self-confidence in facing the challenges of the healthcare job market.

The OSCE was designed according to the latest international standards and included a series of practical stations that evaluated students' skills in clinical assessment, providing pharmaceutical counseling, solving clinical problems, and effectively managing communication with patients. Additionally, a virtual assessment station utilized the MyDispense software.

This exam provided students with the opportunity to confront precise practical situations and make therapeutic decisions based on critical thinking, thereby enhancing their readiness to practice the profession with high efficiency.

In this regard, Professor Dr. Rana Abu Huwej, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Amman Arab University, praised the efforts of the Field Training Committee in organizing the exam. She emphasized that the role of the external evaluator enhances credibility and reflects the Faculty's commitment to applying the best educational practices. She explained that this exam is one of the globally recognized tools for measuring students' practical competencies and communication skills, which contributes to preparing a generation of qualified pharmacists capable of efficiently and excellently dealing with the challenges of the healthcare job market.

Dr. Abu Huwej added that the goal of this exam is to promote self-directed learning among students, develop independent analysis skills, and enable them to apply theoretical knowledge in realistic practical situations.

For his part, Dr. Abdullah Farah expressed his admiration for the level of the Faculty of Pharmacy students at Amman Arab University, commending the high quality of the exam's organization and the adherence to precise assessment standards.
