As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance social responsibility and promote solidarity during the holy month of Ramadan, the College of Business, in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs - the distinguished partner in all university activities - organized a charitable initiative titled "The Goodness Campaign from the University of Goodness." Food parcels and cash donations were distributed to underprivileged families in the Mobus area, funded by generous contributions from faculty members of the College of Business at the university.

This campaign reaffirmed the spirit of giving and social responsibility, with Dr. Ahoud Al-Khasawneh, Dean of the College of Business at Amman Arab University, overseeing the distribution alongside a group of faculty members, a representative from the Deanship of Student Affairs, and a number of student organizers who made exceptional efforts to ensure the aid reached deserving families and alleviated their economic burdens during the blessed month.

In this regard, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Al-Widyan, President of Amman Arab University, emphasized the university’s unwavering commitment to community service and extending support to underprivileged families. He stressed the importance of such initiatives in fostering cooperation, compassion, and a culture of giving and social responsibility among community members.

For her part, Dr. Al-Khasawneh stated that this initiative was launched with the support and encouragement of the university president, who advocates for community-driven initiatives that strengthen solidarity with the local community—a core value upheld by the university. She extended her gratitude to Dr. Basma Abu Jabber, Chairwoman of the Thawta Afnan Charitable Society and Director of the Practical Education and Community Service Office, as well as Mr. Naji Rahahleh, a member of the Mwabes Municipal Council, for their outstanding efforts in facilitating the campaign’s reach to the targeted beneficiaries, contributing to its success and humanitarian objectives.
