College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at Amman Arab University Participates in the Training Course "Creativity and Institutional Innovation in Management"
Amman Arab University, represented by the Dean of the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the University, Prof. Hiyam Al-Taj, participated in the activities of the training course entitled “Creativity and Institutional Innovation in Management”, which was organized by the Industrial Training and Consulting Institute (ITCI) of the Arab Organization for Industrial Development, Standardization and Mining at the headquarters of the Association of Arab Universities.
The course was inaugurated by the Secretary-General of the Association of Universities, Prof. Amr Izzat Salameh, where the course focused on "institutional creativity and innovation", with the participation of trainees from various relevant sectors from within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
This Training course aimed to enhance principles of innovation for the private and public sectors institutions and find practical points of application by working in groups to develop the ability of trainees to improve and develop services, in addition to identifying success stories in different countries, which will reflect on the ability of institutions to prepare development and strategic plans that represent the concepts of creativity and innovation in their management, and help to create an innovative environment in workplaces.
