Many people speak through their propositions and questions based on their observations and knowledge of the cognitive, scientific and cultural abilities and capabilities of university students and their ways of thinking, especially after graduation, taking into account the demographic, cultural and other differences, which are among the most important factors related to the personality, thought and culture of the individual and society. The majority emphasizes that the cognitive, cultural and intellectual abilities and capabilities vary with changing times and circumstances, and the tools that were previously dependent on self-motivation and available sources of knowledge such as books, newspapers, magazines, and benefit from experiences, lessons, lessons, and others. But what we see at the present time has changed everything due to the information revolution, technological development and the Internet, which in the end formed a big difference in the ways of obtaining knowledge, building capacities and acquiring skills between generations aimed to minds industry.


We hear from many members of society and from different social classes that the minds industry is a responsibility that falls primarily on educational institutions, as they are the actual factories for arming and building the human mind with science, knowledge, ways of thinking, skills and others, passing from kindergarten until graduating from university, and the society is governed by individuals, families and institutions. The outputs of these factories will have to prepare their graduate students to adapt to the requirements of life in terms of personal, social, living, career and other aspects. After graduation, parents, institutions and society made some observations about their observations of graduate students, which are not hidden from anyone and were mostly related to the presence of a general weakness in the level of awareness and intellectual and cultural maturity of their children despite their holding university degrees and various specializations, but they difficultly cannot deal with the basics of life affairs And its circumstances with intellectual horizons that help them build themselves, not to mention a weakness in the culture of a sense of responsibility.


Educational institutions, including universities, still have a great role in refining the personality intellectually and behaviorally, despite the belief of some that universities are institutions with an educational mission only. Rather, their role is still clearly visible in drawing a promising future by arming students with knowledge and thought and developing self and behavioral skills, all of which serve in producing a generation with minds of an intellectual level capable of dealing with the aspects and circumstances of life. Hence, the universities took the initiative to shed light on an important detail in the students’ personality, which is represented in the manufacture of minds, in an effort to change the thinking and culture of students to enable them to play a real role in the civilized race, and the evidence and evidence are many.
We all note that the responsibility of universities is not limited to education and certification, but rather to focus on preparing generations fully responsible to society equipped with unlimited intellectual awareness to be thinking and creative generations capable of taking responsibility and investing their intellectual abilities and innovative ideas and employing them in innovative projects, highlighting the success stories that they have been achieved in this field, and they are many, especially in light of global openness in all areas, locally and globally.


Accordingly, we see that the industry of minds that societies aspire to has become one of the main demands to enable generations to overcome the difficulties of life with the aim of employing them in building the future and in various fields, and therefore we see that universities are a strategic partner in taking the initiative to remain as we have known as beacons and a key driver in directing and investing the minds that they graduated in commitment to achieve qualitative leaps for society and for all its components and sectors. This trend requires universities to focus on how to minds industry with their various tools from the beginning of students' enrollment in universities until their graduation, within programs, initiatives or activities that highlight building minds to raise the level of intellectual maturity among students, and focus on thinking skills and developing them in the joints of the teaching process to improve those skills Including the skill of presenting and crystallizing ideas, the skill of analysis, the skill of simulation and others, in addition to informing students of success stories and the experiences of others through various local and international studies and practical cases to expand the students’ knowledge and mental and intellectual perceptions to benefit from them to motivate them towards building their independent, intellectually mature and self-reliant personality to have The leading role in the future.


Minds industry has become the real key to the renaissance and civilized societies, and the real guarantor of building a prosperous future, based on the process of building a personality with a conscious and mature thought and positive behavior so that everyone can overcome life’s difficulties and conditions and not the solution, as some see it by the many testimonies that do not move a finger.
