A joint cooperation protocol between the Arab Council for Social Responsibility and Amman Arab University.


 As part of Amman Arab University’s endeavor to build relationships and partnerships with international institutions and organizations, the university signed a joint cooperation protocol with the Arab Council for Social Responsibility in several key areas, most notably, that the university be a strategic partner for the Arab Observatory for Social Responsibility, and that the university be an academic partner for cooperation in the field of sponsoring activities.”  The Council” on entrepreneurship and societal innovation in universities.  Holding actual and virtual conferences, seminars, and evenings on social responsibility in universities.  In addition to cooperation in the preparation of follow-up and evaluation plans on the social responsibility programs of the university and students, which support the achievement of quality standards for the university.
 
 The agreement was signed on behalf of the university by Vice President Prof. Dr. Ikhlas Al-Tarawneh and the Council's Secretary-General, Prof. Randa Rizk, in the presence of the President's Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Ms. Nadia Al-Qadimat, and the President's Assistant for Planning and Quality Assurance, Dr. Hossam Al-Hamad.
 This protocol comes within the framework of the university’s plan and the Department of Social Responsibility to apply local and international standards of responsibility practices in its mission: “Providing educational, training, research, social and economic programs, projects and initiatives that promote sustainable development through joint cooperation with various community institutions.”
 It is noteworthy that the Arab Council for Social Responsibility is a member of the United Nations Global Compact and the first council in Egypt that aims to be a platform for community development in the Arab region to exchange experiences and help in the development process.  To the annual awards ceremony for the best practice of CSR in the region.
