"Amman Arab University" Launches the "We are all Workers for this Country" Initiative in the Southern Jordan Valley

Under the directives of the President of Amman Arab University and in cooperation with the Deanship of Student Affairs at the university and with the participation of the Jordan Valley Network for Development and Creativity and university students from the southern Jordan Valley, and in celebration of Labor Day, the “We are all workers for this country” initiative was launched in the presence of the Mayor of the Southern Jordan Valley, the Director of Education in the Southern Jordan Valley and a number of members Al-Karak Governorate Council, former deputies, and notables from the southern Jordan Valley, where Dr. Alaa Al-Bawat, a member of the faculty at the College of Business, delivered the speech of the Amman Arab University during the celebration as a representative of the university, during which he emphasized the role of the university in community and participatory service in addition to its educational role.

The University was keen to appreciate the great efforts made by workers in various sectors to build the country under its inspiring Hashemite leadership. He also pointed to the university's keenness to honor a group of the best workers in this benevolent country, who are the workers of the homeland, in appreciation of them for their work to serve their country.

The coordinator of the Jordan Valley Network for Development and Creativity, Engineer Hassan Al-Shammalat, praised the great role played by the Amman Arab University and the great efforts by strengthening its societal role represented by its students and its educational and administrative staff. He expressed his happiness with the cooperation between the network and the educational and academic institutions

For his part, the Mayor of the Southern Jordan Valley expressed his thanks and the extent of his pride in the university’s students, appreciating the great role played by the university through launching and implementing many targeted initiatives. Serving his country and earning his livelihood deserves the highest degrees of appreciation and respect from all of us, and we must appreciate their efforts by giving them more self-confidence and encouraging them for the noble work they are doing

It is noteworthy that the initiative included many silent theatrical paragraphs and some poetic recitals. At the end of the initiative, a number of national workers were honored and gifts were presented to them. Shields were also presented to His Excellency the Mayor of the Southern Jordan Valley, His Excellency the Director of Education in the Southern Jordan Valley, and the Director of Al-Safi Secondary School for Boys. And the Jordan Valley Network for Creativity and Development for the facilities they provided for the success of this initiative, and in conclusion, Dr. Alaa Al-Bawat thanked everyone who participated in the success of this initiative, which received great interaction from the people of the region.
