Concluding the International Refereed Conference Contemporary Trends in Achieving Societal Security according to Religious and educational Purposes at Amman Arab University
Amman Arab University concluded the proceedings of the international refereed conference entitled “Contemporary Trends in Achieving Community Security according to religious and Educational Purposes,” which was organized by the College of Sharia and the College of Educational and Psychological Sciences in the period between 14-15/5/2022, which was characterized by organization, follow-up and participation.
The conference achieved its objectives by enhancing the preservation of intellectual security through adopting the correct doctrine and demonstrating the importance of applying the religious and educational purposes in achieving community security, focusing on the role of religious and educational institutions and leaders in confronting societal violence, and finding preventive and curative means to reduce the threats to societal security. At the end of the ceremony, the conference president, Dr. Bilal Abu Qaddoum, and the vice-chairman, Dr. Hyam Al-Taj, distributed certificates of thanks and appreciation to the participants and the organizing committees.
