Dr. Munther Abed Al-Karim Al-Qudah from Amman Arab University Publishes New Book on Arbitration
Dr. Munther Abed Al-Karim Al-Qudah, Assistant Dean of the College of Law and Head of the Private Law Department at Amman Arab University, has recently published a book titled "Advanced Study in Alternative Means of Resolving Disputes." Released by Dar Al-Badil for Publishing and Distribution, the book spans 331 pages and is designed for students in legal studies at various academic levels.
Dr. Al-Qudah noted that the book serves as a comprehensive resource, consolidating valuable insights on alternative dispute resolution into a single scholarly volume. It includes theoretical, academic, and practical information, enhanced by the author's extensive experience in courts and arbitration centers. Dr. Al-Qudah is also known for his numerous legal publications and holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law, along with a Master’s degree in Private Law.
