Dr. Tayseer Muhammad Al-Afaishat was born in Amman in 1963. She completed high school from Naour Secondary School in 1982. She joined university studies and graduated in 1986 with a grade of “very good.” Masters in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Mosul 1995, and then a Ph.D. in Business Administration / Marketing from the University of Mosul, Iraq 2001, and graded positions in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research until Acting Secretary General and before that Mira for Universities, director of missions, couslor to the minister and cultural advisor at the Jordanian Embassy in Cairo 2007-2010 and since 2018, a faculty member at Amman Arab University until now
