Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit papers through the EasyChair System by May 28, 2022. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. Accepted papers will be published in AIP Conference Proceedings (Indexed in leading databases - Web of Science, Scopus, Inspec).

Paper Submission

  • Submitted papers must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
  • Papers must be prepared using the conference template (download), to be provided at the conference website.
  • Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance (Camera-ready shall not exceed 6 pages; otherwise a USD25 will be charged for each extra page up to a maximum of 3 pages).
  • Authors of accepted papers must include a completed Copyright Form with the submission of their final camera-ready paper.

All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. At least one author of accepted papers is required to register at the registration rate.


For any reason, the authors of a registered accepted papers cannot attend the conference in person and would like to present their papers, the technical program will include a virtual (on-line) session for them.
