1-     Providing access to the library's online site to satisfy distance research needs.

2-     Establishing a database and intensifying subscription to printed Arabic and English periodicals.

3-     Signing agreements for the exchange of theses and dissertations with other Jordanian, Arab and world universities.

4-     Setting up a database for theses and dissertations only that everybody can subscribe to for a fee.

5-     Recruiting highly qualified and trained librarians who have good command of English and computing with the aim of improving the standard of services offered to the library patrons.

6-  Expanding the library holdings in English to be proximately     equal to its holdings in Arabic
