Admissions and Registration
The Admissions and Registration Department is the only unit at the University that is vested with and resorted to in matters related to student's academic standing .It implements the rules and regulations that govern admission and registration, and the award of degrees.
Duties of the department include the following:
· Conducting admission and registration processes, receiving and recording examination results, and computing cumulative averages.
· Reviewing study plans of students expected to graduate, preparing rolls of dismissed or warned students and graduates.
· Issuing documents pertaining to students such as: transcripts enrollment certifications, certificates, etc.
· Finalizing and posting the academic calendar.
· Responding to inquiries and correspondence pertaining to admission and registration.
· Implementing regulations that govern the award of degrees.
· Providing parties concerned with foreign students with their results.
· Pursuing student issues pertaining to equation of courses.
The admissions and registration unit will always seek to promote the level of its services and welcomes any inquiries.
